What Restaurant Hero does

Restaurant Hero audits Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats listings for UK and Irish restaurants: a free diagnostic to find what's holding you back, a £199 full audit to plan the fixes, a £500 audit and fix across every app, and ongoing support if you want it. We help restaurants, takeaways and cafes get more orders from the delivery apps, starting with a free diagnostic of your listing, and offer to fix everything for you afterwards, or support you every month, only if you want it.

How the diagnostic works

  1. We start from your public listing. You send the link to your Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats page. We never need your login or password.
  2. We check it against what the platform says it ranks on. Each platform publishes the factors behind its restaurant list, such as ratings, repeat customers, accuracy, delivery speed and menu completeness. We check your listing against them. See how the apps decide and our guides.
  3. We review it the way a customer sees it. Across three areas: visibility (do customers find you), trust (do they believe you're good) and conversion (do they finish the order).
  4. We rank the fixes. Every issue we find is ranked by likely impact against effort, so the free and quick fixes come first.
  5. We send a short report. Within 24 to 48 hours: scores for the three areas, 3 to 5 priority issues with the evidence behind them, a ranked checklist of fixes, and what's already working.

What we don't do

  • We don't promise rankings. The platforms decide where you appear. We make sure you're doing well on the things they say they rank on.
  • We don't make up results or reviews. As we complete work with restaurants, named results will appear on this site.
  • We don't ask for your login, and we don't sign you up to anything. Paid help is always optional.
