Uber Eats Manager login
- Web portal: merchants.ubereats.com/manager. This is the Uber Eats restaurant login, also what people mean by "Uber restaurant manager" or "Uber Eats merchant login".
- App: Uber Eats Manager is on the App Store and Google Play.
- First time? Look for an email from welcome@uber.com inviting you to manage your shop on Uber Eats.
- Which details? Use the email and password from sign-up. Uber's FAQ says the app also accepts your Uber Eats Orders login (email or phone, password and PIN).
- Still stuck? See Uber Eats restaurant support.

User roles
Uber has four roles, from least to most access: Analyst, Staff, Manager and Admin. Give staff the lowest role that lets them do their job.
Opening hours decide when you're visible
Uber says your menu hours determine when your shop shows in the Uber Eats app. Set standard hours for each day, and add holiday hours separately so you don't disappear (or take orders you can't fulfil) on bank holidays. If you're missing from the app, see why your restaurant isn't showing.
The parts worth checking every week
- Performance, Operations: inaccurate and unfulfilled orders count against you. See the Top Eats criteria.
- Customers, Reviews: reply to reviews; you can set auto-replies by star rating, customer type and minimum spend. More in Uber Eats ratings explained.
- Menu item feedback: customers give items a thumbs up or down, and Manager shows your highest and lowest rated items and common issues. Fix or drop the worst performers.
- Customer groups: lapsed customers (no order in 30 days) are the ones an offer can win back.
