Want us to check your Deliveroo listing for you? Our free Deliveroo optimisation diagnostic scores it and ranks the fixes.
Deliveroo Hub login
- Login page: partner-hub.deliveroo.com/login. This is the Deliveroo restaurant login, the same page people mean by "Deliveroo manager login" or "Deliveroo merchant login".
- Your details: Deliveroo emails your login details when your Partner Hub account is set up.
- Any device: Hub works on desktop and in Deliveroo's mobile app.
- Forgotten password: use "Forgot your password?" on the login page to get a reset link by email.
- Still locked out? Deliveroo's partner support page lists a phone line specifically for Hub login problems and live order queries.
Hub, Partner Hub or Restaurant Hub?
They're the same thing. Deliveroo now calls it Partner Hub, or just Hub; older help articles and links still say Restaurant Hub.
What the Hub homepage shows
- Sales: a graph of gross sales, accepted orders and average order value, with date filters and a comparison with the previous period.
- Ratings and operational metrics, with period comparisons.
- Menu Health: Menu Completeness (based on menu items with photos and descriptions), Menu Conversion and your best-selling items.
- Marketing performance: advert performance (orders from ads and return on ad spend) and offer performance (orders and sales from offers).
- Site availability, and in the UK and Ireland your Value Programme score.
The three parts worth checking every week
- Menu Completeness. Every item without a photo or description pulls it down. Deliveroo's photo rules are strict, so check them first: see Deliveroo photo guidelines.
- Ratings and reviews. Your Deliveroo rating is the average of your last 400 ratings, and restaurants with good ratings appear higher on the list. Read the reviews for patterns.
- Menu Conversion and best sellers. Put your best sellers at the top and give them your best photos.
Editing your menu
Log in, click Menus and use Menu Manager to add items, categories and options, edit descriptions and upload photos.
Replying to reviews
Go to Ratings and Reviews in Hub and click Reply on the review. Deliveroo gives you 30 days to respond. A short, polite reply that fixes the problem shows future customers you care, and Deliveroo removes reviews that focus on the rider or delivery issues outside your control.
Getting help
Use the Help tab in Hub to submit a query, or Live Chat, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Not sure what to fix first?
Hub shows you the numbers, but not which change will win the most orders. Send us your Deliveroo link and we'll rank the fixes for you, free. More on how Deliveroo ranks restaurants.
Logged in, but orders are slow?
Your dashboard shows the numbers, but it doesn't tell you what to change. Send us your listing link and we'll tell you the 3 to 5 changes that matter most. Free, within 24 to 48 hours. Get your free diagnostic →
