Partner Centre is now Partner Hub
If you're looking for the Just Eat Partner Centre, it's the same tool under a new name. Just Eat's old Partner Centre address (partner-centre.just-eat.co.uk) now opens Partner Hub, and Just Eat's current partner help pages call it Partner Hub.
Just Eat Partner Hub login
- On the web: go to partner-hub.just-eat.co.uk from a browser on any computer. This is the Just Eat restaurant login; the old Partner Centre address takes you to the same page.
- On your phone: search for the "Just Eat Partner Hub" app on Google Play or the App Store.
- Can't log in? Just Eat's support routes are in our Just Eat partner support guide.
What Partner Hub does
- Menu: self-service editing, including price changes, discounts and item descriptions.
- Business insights: key metrics such as total revenue, average order value and cancellation rate, plus a breakdown of orders and revenue through the day.
- Business controls: change your opening hours, control when you're online and taking orders, and shrink your delivery area when you're busy or widen it when it's quiet.
- Ratings and reviews, marketing tools such as StampCards, and promoted placement.
- Available around the clock, including as an app for when you're on the move.
Use the insights to set your hours
Just Eat suggests using the breakdown of orders and revenue through the day to adjust your opening hours. If your evenings carry most of your revenue, make sure you're reliably online then; going offline during a busy spell costs you orders.
Watch your cancellation rate
Just Eat's help centre says its restaurant list rewards operational performance, including successful orders and accuracy. Cancellations and wrong orders work against you. If your cancellation rate is creeping up, find out why: running out of stock, being too busy, or menu items that are hard to make at peak.
Make your menu earn its place
Because you can edit your menu yourself, there's no reason to leave vague descriptions or missing photos. Lead with best sellers, and describe what's in each dish.
Ratings: what customers see
Your public Just Eat rating is the median of your order ratings from the last 12 months, and delivery counts for half of each order's score. Written comments are visible to you and Just Eat but not to other customers, so they're honest feedback worth reading. See how Just Eat ratings work.
