Just Eat partner support: contacting Just Eat, payments, invoices and Orderpad help

Updated 2 October 2026 · 4 minute read

Most Just Eat account problems are solved in Partner Hub, not on the phone. Here's where to go for each kind of problem, from Just Eat's own partner pages.

Short answer: Log in to Partner Hub (on the web, or the Just Eat Partner Hub app) and tap Support, then Contact us: Just Eat says this gets your question to the right team faster, with an answer within 24 hours. Weekly invoices (Monday to Sunday) arrive on Tuesday by email and in Partner Hub, and payment is on Friday. For tablet problems, start with Just Eat's Orderpad troubleshooting page; its Key contacts page lists who to email for device and payment issues.

Contacting Just Eat partner support

  • Partner Hub: tap Support, then Contact us. Just Eat says this gets your question to the right team faster, with an answer within 24 hours.
  • Key contacts: Just Eat's Key contacts page lists the right email addresses for device and terminal issues and for invoice and payment questions.

Is there a Just Eat partner phone number?

Just Eat steers partners to Contact us in Partner Hub rather than a general phone line, and its Key contacts page lists the right contacts for device and payment issues. Numbers on third-party sites go out of date, so use those official routes.

Logging in (Partner Hub, formerly Partner Centre)

Use Partner Hub on the web, or search for the "Just Eat Partner Hub" app on Google Play or the App Store. If you're looking for Partner Centre, it's the old name for Partner Hub. See our Partner Hub guide for what it can do.

Payments and invoices

  • Invoice periods run weekly, Monday to Sunday.
  • Invoices arrive on Tuesday by email and in Partner Hub and on the Orderpad (a day later after a bank holiday).
  • Payment is on Friday, except around Easter and Christmas.
  • Every invoice you've had is in Partner Hub.

Orderpad (tablet) problems

Start with Just Eat's Orderpad troubleshooting page. For urgent terminal or tablet faults, use the device support contact on the Key contacts page. While it's down, take yourself offline in Partner Hub so missed orders don't count against you.

Showing as closed?

Just Eat takes you offline automatically if an order isn't acknowledged within 5 minutes. See why your restaurant isn't showing.

Tips for getting through faster

From experience rather than Just Eat's rules:

  • Use Contact us in Partner Hub first. It reaches the right team with your account already attached.
  • Pick the closest topic, and send one message per problem.
  • Include your restaurant name and restaurant ID, the order number and time, and a screenshot or photo.
  • Say what you need: a refund reviewed, an invoice corrected, a tablet replaced. (For refunds, see how to dispute refunds.)
  • Keep the reference number and reply on the same thread rather than starting a new one.

Account sorted, but orders still slow?

Partner support fixes your account. We help with the listing itself: menu, photos, prices and position. Send us your link for a free check, within 24 to 48 hours. Get your free diagnostic →
