Uber Eats restaurant support: Uber Eats Manager, payouts, statements and tablet help

Updated 2 October 2026 · 4 minute read

Most Uber Eats account jobs, from payouts to replacing a broken tablet, are self-service in Uber Eats Manager. Here's where everything is, from Uber's own help pages.

Short answer: Log in to Uber Eats Manager at merchants.ubereats.com/manager or in the Uber Eats Manager app. Uber pays weekly by bank transfer for orders from Monday to Monday, with deposits starting on Monday and usually arriving mid-week; daily payouts are available as an opt-in. Statements and order-by-order breakdowns are in the Payments tab. Tablet problems are often fixed by switching Wi-Fi off and on, using a 2.4 GHz network, or a reset, and you can request a replacement tablet in Manager yourself.

Getting help

Start in Uber Eats Manager (merchants.ubereats.com/manager, or the app) and Uber's merchant help centre. Most of the problems below can be fixed there without contacting anyone. New to Manager? See our Uber Eats Manager guide.

Is there an Uber Eats restaurant phone number?

Uber says the Account section of the Uber Eats Manager app lets you get help or call support, so start there rather than with numbers on third-party sites, which go out of date.

Payouts

  • Uber pays weekly by bank transfer. The pay period runs from 12am Monday to 12am the next Monday, in your time zone.
  • Deposits start on Monday; banks usually take 1 to 2 days, so expect the money mid-week.
  • If you've just added or changed your bank details, it can take an extra week.
  • Daily pay is available as an opt-in in Uber Eats Manager, for a fee.

Statements

Log in to Uber Eats Manager on a computer and open the Payments tab for past pay statements. You can download an order-by-order breakdown with order number, date and time, tax, subtotal, fees, adjustments and net payout.

Tablet problems

  1. Wi-Fi: some tablets don't support 5 GHz networks, so make sure a 2.4 GHz network is available.
  2. Restart Wi-Fi: in Settings, turn Wi-Fi off for 10 seconds and back on, then check the connection is stable.
  3. Reset: Uber's help centre has step-by-step device reset instructions if the app still won't work.
  4. Replace it yourself: in Uber Eats Manager, open the Stores dropdown, choose Devices, select the shop, click Replace, pick the device and confirm.

Orders paused or store not visible?

Uber pauses orders after missed or slow orders and unpauses at 6am the next day, and your store won't show without a menu, hours, a working tablet and Wi-Fi. See why your restaurant isn't showing.

Tips for getting through faster

From experience rather than Uber's rules:

  • Check the help article for your exact problem first: many fixes, like tablet replacement and daily pay, are self-service.
  • Contact support from inside Uber Eats Manager so your store is already identified.
  • Have your store name, the order ID, the time and a screenshot ready.
  • One issue per request, with the outcome you want stated clearly.
  • For payouts, quote the pay period and check your bank details in Manager first.
